International Aviation Services IAS Ltd is a Sofia, Bulgaria based company.

Founded in 2005, IAS Ltd. began its activity as an aviation consulting company with experienced engineers holding FAA A&P and EASA licenses.

In 2009 IAS Ltd. has become the first Bulgarian independent organization that holds EASA Part M, Subpart G and I approval . We have already identified a number of commercial and private groups where records and technical support will be provided on a high quality low cost base.

In 2006 the company established a new department for Business Jet brokerage and Spare parts support which successfully developed their own competitive business for a number of clients. They provide worldwide support on a 24 hour bases, 365 days a year.

In 2008 IAS Ltd. signed an Agreement with Paramount Aircraft Services, S.L (www.aerospaceengineeringgroup.com) to be their representative for Russia, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria. This initiative broadens the scope of services IAS Ltd. offers. It is aimed at providing support in the repair and overhaul management of Aircraft Rotables, Engines and Landing Gears.

IAS Ltd is pleased to announce the signing of a joint venture agreement with Sofema Aviation Services with the purpose of promoting IAS CAMO services throughout Eastern Europe and the CIC states.
